Brookfield Place was a new emerging lifestyle precinct in Sydney, bringing together a curated mix of retail and dining experiences tailored to the city's growing community of young professionals. The design brief called for the creation of a cohesive hospitality environment that seamlessly integrates four distinct food concepts within a single venue.

Inspired by the vibrant canteen culture of Hong Kong, the design reinterprets the traditional Asian food hall through a contemporary lens. A neutral material palette forms the foundation of the space, while strategic accents of bold brand colours create identity and distinction for each offering. The result is a unified yet dynamic dining destination that captures the energy, authenticity, and social nature of modern Asian canteen dining.
